The Art and Science of Dentistry

The staff of Mission View Dental, Milpitas CA recently attended the The Art and Science of Dentistry  convention in San Francisco. This 3 day event presented by California Dental Association (CDA) offers more than 150 courses and workshops, and innovations from 400+ exhibitors.

From 3-D printers that are looking to replace labs, to new types of toothbrushes (Crest+Oral B)and toothpastes (Crest Gum Detoxify) and dry-mouth mouthwashes (Colgate Hydris), to new insurance models(Kleer), it was extremely educational for the members of the staff to see and learn the latest innovations in the dentistry. It was also exciting to see the latest updates from the industry stalwarts like Dentrix and Demandforce.

In summary, a great event, and we are always eager to explore and see how we can introduce our patients to the latest products and techniques in the dental industry.
